Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships accepted).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and basic labor laws.

  • Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support onboarding, induction programs, and preparation of offer/appointment letters.

Employee Records & HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).

  • Prepare and manage HR-related documentation and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

  • Assist in training coordination and performance management processes.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support.

General HR Support

  • Contribute to HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

  • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and integrity.
