Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding, induction programs, and preparation of offer/appointment letters.
Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
Prepare and manage HR-related documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
Employee Engagement & Development
Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Assist in training coordination and performance management processes.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support.
General HR Support
Contribute to HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
