Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate qualified leads to support business growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that connect with our target audience and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Execute and monitor campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), content marketing, and display ads.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns, create personalized content for different customer segments, and monitor campaign performance to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, landing pages, infographics, videos, and more, to support marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Use data to optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement lead generation tactics such as landing pages, forms, and calls to action. Manage the lead nurturing process to convert prospects into customers.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0- 1 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM systems.
  • SEO & SEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and PPC management (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Content Marketing: Experience in creating engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and how to effectively leverage them for marketing purposes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analytics to measure campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize for better results.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative skills for content creation and campaign ideation, as well as an understanding of how to build compelling, visually appealing digital ads and posts.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with the target audience.

Nice to Have:

  • Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign).
  • Graphic Design Skills: Basic design skills, proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, for creating visual content.
  • Video Marketing: Experience in video content creation, including YouTube or live-streaming campaigns.
  • E-commerce Marketing: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing strategies for driving online sales.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic experience in digital marketing or a related field.
