SWS Code of Conduct

1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct outlines the expected standards of behavior for all employees, contractors, interns, and partners of SWS. Our goal is to maintain a workplace that fosters innovation, integrity, and respect, while protecting the interests of our team, users, and company.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all team members regardless of location, including during remote work, in-office work, business travel, conferences, and digital communications .


3. Our Core Principles


3.1 Integrity and Honesty

  • Be honest in all professional dealings.

  • Don’t misrepresent yourself, your work, or the company.

  • Avoid conflicts of interest, and disclose them if they arise.

3.2 Respect and Inclusion

  • Treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of role, gender, race, age, nationality, disability, or belief.

  • Zero tolerance for discrimination, bullying, or harassment of any kind.

  • Support a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

3.3 Confidentiality

  • Protect the confidentiality of user data, proprietary code, and company information.

  • Don’t disclose non-public information without proper authorization.

3.4 Professional Communication

  • Maintain respectful, constructive communication—both in-person and online.

  • Use company communication tools responsibly and professionally.


4. Workplace Conduct


4.1 No Harassment or Discrimination

  • Harassment (sexual, verbal, physical) or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited and will be acted upon per the POSH Policy and company disciplinary procedures.

4.2 Collaboration and Ownership

  • Take ownership of your work and support your peers.

  • Help each other grow and thrive—offer feedback with empathy and receive it with openness.

4.3 Innovation with Responsibility

  • Embrace experimentation but be responsible with resources, user data, and public representation.

  • Ensure security, privacy, and ethics in every product feature.


5. Compliance & Legal Responsibility

  • Abide by all local laws and regulations applicable to your role and location.

  • Follow licensing requirements when using open-source or third-party tools/code.


6. Use of Company Resources


  • Use company resources ie.. Internet, Marketing Software , Company Data for SWS business purposes only.

    Should not share company data with anybody. If Found guilty , Action will be taken against that employee.

  • Protect them from misuse, theft, or security threats.


7. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code, report immediately.

Retaliation against individuals who report in good faith will not be tolerated.


8. Enforcement

Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action including warning, suspension, or termination, depending on severity.


9. Acknowledgment

All employees are required to review and acknowledge this Code during onboarding , Quarterly and annually thereafter.
